| Abstract: | This paper is the result of investigations regarding information policy sections in some prefectures where introductions of CATV are widely implemented. The purpose of this report is to survey the prefectural information policy concerned with CATV from diachronic viewpoint. The main concerns in this report are the intentions, the problems and the political or social merit to introduce CATV to prefectural information policy. Furthermore, this paper intends to investigate the points of argument and the problems these days about the information policy concerned with CATV. |
