Abstract: 目的:看護単位の教育担当者による新人看護師教育の企画・運営に関する実践を明らかにする.その特徴の考察を通して,新人教育の実践の全体構造を検討した. 方法:新人教育の企画・運営の経験のある看護単位の教育担当者14名を対象とし,半構造化面接法を用いてデータを収集し,「ベレルソンの方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析」を参考に分析した. 結果:対象者の記述は,看護単位の教育担当者による,新人教育の企画・運営に関する実践41カテゴリを形成した.そのカテゴリは【教育計画の進行に合わせて,今後の新人看護師の実践に必要な技術演習を計画する】,【指導担当スタッフに,指導者としての役割遂行の必要性を説明する】などであった. 結論:教育担当者は,本研究の成果を活用することにより,新人看護師の実践の質向上に向けた新人教育の企画・運営を行える可能性が高い.
Objectives: The purpose of this research was to clarify nursing unit educators' practice related to the planning and management of education targeting newly graduated nurses. By considering their characteristics, we examined the entire structure of practice related to newly graduated nurses' education. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 nurse educators with experience in planning and managing education for newly graduated nurses, and the interview data were analyzed using“ content analysis for nursing education based on Berelson's methodology” as a reference. Results: Forty-one categories were formed,such as“ Along with the progress of education planning,plan technical exercises necessary for the practice of new nurses in the future” and “Explain the necessity of performing the role of an instructor to teaching staff.” Conclusion: By utilizing the results of the present study, nursing unit educators can plan and manage nursing education to improve the quality of nursing practice by newly graduated nurses.
