Abstract: 目的:本研究は,1967年改正のカリキュラムにおいて展開された看護学総論"看護技術"実習要項に含まれる時期や時間,実習内容から看護技術習得方法を解明することを目的とする.方法:A赤十字看護専門学校の昭和49(1974)年~昭和60(1985)年に作成された看護字総論"看護技術"実習要項に書かれてある実習目標,実習期間・時間,実習方法をデータとし,看護技術習得という観点から分析する.結果:看護学総論"看護技術"実習はI期・II期に分けられていた.実習目標において看護技術の習得に関するカテゴリーは,【コミュニケーション技術,身体的側面の観察及び基本的看護技術の実践】【対象への日常生活援助及び診療の補助技術の実践】が導き出された.結論:看護技術を習得する際には,看護師と患者が相互行為している場面を見学し,次には模倣,そして一部実施,全実施となっていた.さらに,看護技術は項目ごとに単純な技術から複雑な技術の習得へと発展していた.
Objective: The objective of this study was to clarify the acquisition of nursing skills from the stages, amounts and contents of clinical nursing practice for general "nursing skills" through the Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines after the 1967 curriculum revisions. Methods: The training aims, training periods and hours and training methods listed in the Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines for general "nursing skills" that were prepared between 1974 and 1985 for "A" Japanese Red Cross School of Nursing were analyzed from the perspective of the acquisition of nursing skills. Results : The clinical nursing practice for general "nursing skills" was divided into two, that were Session I and Session II. The categories of acquisition of nursing skills regarding the aims in the clinical nursing practice were "Communication Skills, Physical Observations and the Plactice of Fundamental Nursing Skills" and "Giving Assistance on the Daily Living to the Target Patients and Practicing Supporting Skills for the Medical Treatment". Conclusions : For the acquisition of nursing skills, students observed the scenes of mutual activities of nurses and patients, imitated those nurses, implemented partial training, and implemented the entire training at last. Further, the acquisition of nursing skills was advanced from simple skills to complicated skills.
