| Abstract: | Albert Breton, in “The Economic Theory of Representative Government”, pointed out the bundle of policy makes some difference between representative’s policy and citizens’ needs. The electorate can’t choose a policy but the bundle of policy. This paper simulates magnitude of the difference. The simulation is repeated 1,000 times and has 10,000 citizens and two candidates with the bundle of policy. We found the rate of unsatisfaction is more than 0.5, and both the value of each alternatives and the number of alternatives affect the rate. |
