教育支援環境としての学内LAN整備とその効果

Abstract

今や大学教育におけるFDの取り組みにおいてコンピュータの役割は必要不可欠なものとなった.その一方でコンピュータを取り巻く環境の変化は著しく,本学においても教育方法の改善を行っていくためにはその変化に対応していく必要がある.そこですでに整備されている学内LANを中心としたコンピュータ環境を見直し,整備を行った.ここでは既存環境の問題点を明らかにし,今回新たに整備したコンピュータネットワークについて論じた.さらに,実際に導入したコンピュータネットワークの効果を検証し,学生や教員に対してその有用性を確かめた.

The role of computer for the Facalty Development Program in college education has become indispensable ones. On the other hand the changes of environment which surrounds the computer is considerable, so it is necessary to keep corresponding to the changes in order to improve educational method in our college. Therefore we reviewed the environment of the computer that centered on the campus computer network which had already been serviced, and we newly reconstructed it. In this article, we clarified the problems of an existing computer network, and we discussed the computer network which reconstructed this time. In addition, we verified the effect of the computer network that had been actually serviced, and its usefulness was verified for the students and the teachers.
