Abstract: 群馬県を中心とした関東地方及び隣接県の主な湧水について,水質調査を実施し,湧水点(標高)と水質特性との関係について検討した.その結果,湧水の水質は地形・地質や滞留時間などに影響を受け,電気伝導度やCa及びSiO_2などの溶存成分は,山岳部,山麓部,平野部の湧水点(標高)と関連のあることが明らかになった.これらの数値は,高地から低地になるにしたがい大きくなる傾向を示し,他の成分より相関度の高いことがわかった.
A survey of the main spring waters in Gunma, its adjacent prefectures, and other areas in the Kanto region was conducted, and the relationship between the spring water point (altitude) and the characteristics of water quality was examined. The results show that the water quality of spring water was influenced by both the geographical and geological features, and the residence time. It was also clarified that electric conductivity of the water and the dissolving elements such as Ca and SiO_2 in the water were related to the spring water point (altitude) in the mountainous regions, in the areas at the foot of the mountains, and in the areas at the plains. The electric conductivity and the volume of Ca and SiO2 showed an increasing tendency in the waters sampled from the lower altitude points.
